# Well-located furnished room in Malmö – available from November 1st (utilities included) Rum uthyres i Malmö från 1 november, se info nedan Hi! I'm reposting this as the person who was planning to move in unfortunately had an unexpected change in circumstances, so the room is available again from November 1st. The room is around 14 m², fully furnished, with spacious closets and great natural light. The apartment itself is around 70 m², with a balcony, shared kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is located in Nya Sorgenfri, about 5 minutes from Värnhem (where most buses to Lund stop) and around a 10-minute bike/bus ride from the city centre, Triangeln, Möllan and Malmö Central Station. There's also an ICA grocery store and Nordic Wellness gym on the ground floor of the building, as well as a bus stop (Celsiusgården) right outside. The rent is **6,500 kr/month**, with a **5,000 kr deposit**. All utilities are included, including electricity, heating and internet. A little about me: I enjoy cooking, sports, travelling, dancing, DIY projects and learning new things. I'm social and friendly and enjoy sharing occasionally a coffee or having a chat at home, while also valuing independence and personal space. For me, home is somewhere that should feel calm, comfortable and tidy. I'm looking for someone friendly, open-minded and independent who values cleanliness, good communication and a respectful shared living space We can arrange a viewing or a video call.
